Florida · Waterfront owners who are not always here

Checked weekly,
not after the storm.

Salt air works continuously on everything you own near it. The difference between a repair and a replacement is usually whether somebody looked at it in month three or month thirty.

How we work

A Florida company that coordinates, not contracts

HB11 Property Marine Management LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, document number L24000487941, filed in 2024, with registration details on public record with the Florida Division of Corporations.

We inspect, maintain and coordinate. We are not licensed contractors, so dock, seawall, electrical and vessel repair work goes to licensed marine and building trades engaged on your behalf. We are not real estate or yacht brokers and we do not operate vessels for hire. Dock and shoreline work often needs permits from the local authority, DEP or the Army Corps, and those remain the owner's responsibility — we flag them early because they take months.

Frequently asked

The questions we get most

Do you do the dock repairs yourselves?

No. We monitor and coordinate, and licensed marine contractors do the work. We get the quotes, oversee the job and document it for you.

Can you guarantee nothing gets damaged in a storm?

No, and nobody can. What a plan does is reduce avoidable damage and give you documented evidence of condition before and after, which matters to insurers.

Will you run the boat for me?

No. We are not licensed captains and we do not operate vessels for hire. We keep it maintained and ready; moving it is arranged with a licensed captain.

How often should visits be?

Weekly in summer for a closed-up house, monthly can be enough in winter. We will tell you honestly after the first visit rather than selling the bigger package.

Do I need permits for seawall work?

Often yes, from the local authority and sometimes DEP or the Army Corps. We flag it early because the timeline is months, not weeks.

What do I get after each visit?

A photographic report. If something has changed, you see it rather than being told about it.

Property sitting empty?

A free site visit covering the house, the dock and the vessel, with no obligation.
